SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT: 

Implementation of multifamily residential lot division located in an environment of relevant ecological interest on the banks of the Jacarepaguá lagoon.

OBJECTIVES: 

– Protection of biodiversity in environments with high ecological relevance;
– Housing development; 
– Compliance with current environmental legislation; 
– Ensuring ordering in the development of new housing developments.

ACTIVITIES: 

– Inventory, management and monitoring of biodiversity (fauna and flora); 
– Coordination of the environmental licensing process; 
– Implementation and maintenance of vegetation in squares and common areas. – Elaboration of EIS-EIR
